the hotel provided a superior and well managed environment , i appreciated the outdoor space behind the building. this space was private and secluded with seating areas. the hotel location gave easy access to nearby attractions while still being quiet.

The staff at the front desk were nice and very helpful.
This hotel looked good, but they gave me an accesible room with a non working electrical system and a barely cool minibar. I placed the room key in the socket, but the lights in the room didn't work and they did not change my room.

the staff was attentive and quick at check-in. the beautiful king room was spacious and had all necessary amenities (plus a coffee machine!). the location was central, near st paul's cathedral.
housekeeping did not replace towels one day, slightly inconvenient.

Consistent Comfort and Prime Location

The room offered ample space (I liked the layout). The storage was good. I found tea, coffee, and a fridge readily available. Robes, slippers, a hairdryer, and ironing facilities were useful. The bathroom was large and well laid out with a big bath and walk-in shower, it was very convenient.
Housekeeping walked in while I was changing, even with the 'do not disturb' sign displayed, this made me uncomfortable (it was quite startling).

The staff promptly changed my ground floor room after the first night at my request (this was very helpful). The team also provided a discount on the breakfast. This was a pleasant bonus. the staff displayed efficiency.

The staff were cute and cheery. Their positive attitude created a warm environment. They provided very helpful assistance .
The corridors felt quite long. The hotel is large so the distance to rooms can be considerable. This added some time when returning to my room.

The hotel has an amazing location. Temple Church is within easy walking distance. The area is very silent despite being in a world city, a nice contrast to the busy streets nearby.
