The staff were cute and cheery. Their positive attitude created a warm environment. They provided very helpful assistance .
The corridors felt quite long. The hotel is large so the distance to rooms can be considerable. This added some time when returning to my room.

The hotel has an amazing location. Temple Church is within easy walking distance. The area is very silent despite being in a world city, a nice contrast to the busy streets nearby.
